1. General Conditions
Access to and use of products and services offered by Fla Gator Hunts, and available through our Shopify store located at https://0e2895-2.myshopify.com/ ("the Site"), are subject to the following terms and conditions.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service and to any additional rules and guidelines that we post on the Site.

3. Changes to Terms
We may make changes to the Site, these Terms of Service, or the policies and conditions that govern the use of the Site at any time.

4. Description of Service
Fla Gator Hunts provides booking and coordination services for Florida hunting experiences, along with related merchandise when offered. All recreational hunting activities are conducted and fulfilled by licensed, independent outfitters operating on private hunting grounds. Fla Gator Hunts does not own or operate the hunting grounds and does not directly provide the recreational guide service.

5. Bookings and Payments
All bookings made through the Site are subject to acceptance by Fla Gator Hunts. Your total booking amount includes a non-refundable reservation and coordination fee retained by Fla Gator Hunts, as well as the cost of the guided hunt provided by an independent outfitter. After placing a booking, you will receive an email confirming your reservation.

6. Cancellations, Refunds, and Rescheduling
Fla Gator Hunts does not provide refunds for any bookings. If you contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled hunt date, we will work with you to reschedule your hunt to another available date. Requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled hunt are not guaranteed and may result in forfeiture of your booking.

7. User Conduct
By using the Site, you promise not to use the service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Service.

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fla Gator Hunts, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, actions, or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising from your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms of Service.

9. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Service, which shall remain in full force and effect.
